Three phase oil immersed energy-saving voltage regulator
2024-04-06
The three-phase fully automatic compensation power stabilizer combines modern advanced technology and can automatically maintain stable output voltage in the event of voltage fluctuations caused by external power supply network voltage fluctuations or load changes.
Compared with other types of voltage regulators, three-phase voltage regulators have advantages such as large capacity, high efficiency, no waveform distortion, and stable voltage regulation. It is suitable for a wide range of loads, can withstand instantaneous overload,
can work continuously for a long time, has manual/automatic switching function, and is equipped with characteristics such as overvoltage protection, phase loss, phase sequence protection, and mechanical fault automatic protection. In addition, three-phase voltage regulators
have small size, light weight, convenient installation, and reliable operation.
The working principle of the three-phase voltage stabilizer is based on the principle of the power transformer, which stabilizes the power supply voltage by adjusting the input-output ratio of the transformer. It consists of a voltage stabilizer transformer and an automatic
voltage regulation control circuit. The automatic voltage regulation control circuit senses the fluctuations of the input voltage and changes in the output voltage, and adjusts the voltage stabilizer transformer to keep the output voltage stable.
Classification of three-phase stabilizers includes electromagnetic stabilizers, capacitor stabilizers, auto-transformer stabilizers, and fully automatic stabilizers, which differ based on the voltage regulation method.
In addition, the three-phase stabilizer uses advanced electronic technology and voltage regulation control technology, which can automatically sense the voltage fluctuations of the power grid and adjust
the output voltage to stabilize it at the set value. It can effectively
solve many problems in the power system, such as preventing electrical equipment from being affected by voltage fluctuations and damage, extending the service life of equipment, improving the operational
efficiency of equipment, reducing energy waste, and protecting the safety of users' propertyto avoid fires and other safety accidents caused by excessive or insufficient voltage.
The voltage stabilization range of the three-phase stabilizer is usually ±15% of the rated input voltage, or customized according to customer requirements.
